The Lucas Messore custom Valhalla Delay Preset Pack for Vocals contains 36 painstakingly crafted presets that will get you a tasteful and subtle vocal mix that you're looking for. This pack includes Slap, 1/8th, 1/4, 1/2, and Ping Pong style delays. It uses a variety of different algoriths that Valhalla offers including Tape, BBD, LoFi, Digital, and Quartz. Please read my installation instructions and mix recommendations below! 
 
Instructions:
1. Unzip the downloaded file. 
2. Drag and drop it to this location:
 
Mac:
Macintosh HD -> Library -> Application Support -> Valhalla DSP, LLC -> ValhallaDelay -> Presets -> User 
 
Windows:
C:\ProgramData\Valhalla DSP, LLC\ValhallaDelay\Presets\User
 
3. Open your DAW and load up Valhalla Delay! 
 
 
Mixing Suggestions:
1. These presets are all 100% wet and designed to be used on Aux Tracks or Send/Return Tracks depending on your DAW's terminology. I highly recommend keeping it that way so that you can create automated "delay throws" and have the delay be on it's own channel rather than using it on individual tracks. 
 
2. For starters I would set your send level into the delay around -10 to -15 db. You want that extra headroom in case you need to automate ambient effects. 
 
3. Experiment with adding some more effects after the delay on your chain as desired. You can put reverb, chorus/ensemble, EQ, and sidechain compression!
