IMPORTANT!
Lucas Death Preset: this is a Superior Drummer E Drums Mapping setup where I named and mapped the drum hits to a 61key midi keyboard. It is specifically for the Death & Darkness pack, but it works for any packs including the factory library. 
 
The "Lucas Death Preset" goes in the following location on Mac:
User>Library>Application Support>Toontrack>Superior3>EdrumPresets
 
"SD3 MIDI NAMES" is an Ableton Midi rack and goes in your user library, you can also just drag it into Ableton, and then from there drag it into a folder or save it as a template.
